Dr. Charles
(Chuck) Hofmann, MD, FACP |
| Dr. Hofmann grew up in LaGrande. After
graduating from the University of Oregon in 1974, he
attended OHSU and completed his internal medicine residency
at Maricopa County General Hospital in Phoenix, Arizona in
1981. He and his wife Candy moved to Baker City that year
and he established his practice. They have two grown
children, Stacy and Doug. Dr. Hofmann served on the
Baker City Council for 13 years, including 3 terms as Mayor.
He is also a past-President of the Oregon Medical
Association and serves as a delegate from the Association to
the American Medical Association. |
